PRIVACY:
VK Baby Gifts takes the protection and proper use of your personal information seriously. We respect your privacy, and take great care to safeguard information in our possession.
Your
privacy is our highest priority. We do not share your information (including e-mail addresses) with outside companies (exception: our manufacturer
and shipping department that needs your info to ship your order to you) or we are legally required to do so.
More importantly, we do not and will not (never) sell your contact
information to anyone.
ORDERING:
At VK Baby Gifts, we try to make your shopping experience as easy and fun as
possible. We want you to have fun and enjoy yourself browsing our large
selection of baby gifts and favors.

2. Select the item(s) you desire by adding it to
the "Add to Cart". 3. Then follow our easy
instruction in the checkout form.
PAYMENT:
We accept all major credit cards via PayPal. You can safely enter your credit card number via
PayPal's secure server in the checkout form. We encrypt all submitted information and we are PayPal
Verified. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact us.
PERSONALIZATION:
VK Baby Gifts does not charge extra for personalization. When buying any
item(s) that can be personalized, please follow the direction on the order form.
GIFT WRAP:

Baby Gift Baskets
VK Baby Gifts wants your gifts to look perfect. For that special touch we do not
charge extra for gift wrapping for Baby Gift Baskets, everything is included in the price of the item.
We do use real gift boxing, colored tissue and bows and quality gift wrap paper
for a great presentation.
SHIPPING:
At VK Baby Gifts, we do our best to ship your gifts as quickly as possible. Please note our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Confirming your order and tracking shipments
Please provided a valid e-mail address with your order so you will receive two e-mails. The first confirms your order. The second confirms your shipment.
UPS Ground is used and we ship out the majority of non-personalized gifts within
2 to 4 business days, many times the same day. The timeline for UPS Ground
will depend on where you live-- usually 5-7 business days.
Note: We do not ship overseas, to P.O. Boxes, the states: Alaska or Hawaii, no exception.
We try to keep our shipping charges very reasonable for your benefit. The shipping charges are:
Please Note: Incorrect ship to
addresses will be charged the UPS fee for correction and re-pick up if
necessary, usually $10.
RETURNS:
Merchandise can be returned at the recipient’s expense within 30 days of shipping for refund of the product(s) purchase price unless otherwise noted.
We do not refund the original ship charge on items that were
originally shipped free of charge as an incentive. They will be credited/refunded minus what the actual ship charge was.
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
The product is undamaged and 100% within its original packaging and tags.
It has not been personalized in any way by us or others.
All original receipts and invoices accompany the purchase.
A Return Authorization has been provided from us.

RETURNS: Apply to Only:
Baby Favors
Not happy with our baby favors? It can be returned within 30 days for a
refund (purchase price only, no refund on shipping).
Please email us on how to do so.
If the baby favors are damaged during
shipping via UPS, email us within 7 days and we will send out replacements.SALES TAX:
There is NO sales tax unless the recipient’s address is located in the
State of
California. The sales tax is 8.275%.
